Lesson structure
Each lesson will start with a group meditation to enable you to let go of the stresses of the day and focus better on learning.
You will then be given theory and an opportunity to experience the techniques before learning to perform them on one another. You will also be given case study homework and be able to attend out monthly Reiki evenings to practice and refine your healing skills even further.

All courses take place on Wednesdays, on the above dates, from 7pm to 9pm, at Healing Hands St Albans. You must book in advance.
