Advanced Eastern Therapy
Nuad Boran Traditional Thai Massage 2 Day Course
This healing therapy has been taught, practiced and handed down through generations in Thailand for over 2500 years. Traditional Thai Massage is carried out on a Thai mat on the floor. The massage combines acupressure and stretching tehniques using the therapist's fingers, thumbs, elbows, arms and feet allowing the energy to flow more freely, thus boosting the body's energy system and alleviating conditions such as lower back pain, headaches and stress. Lesson structure
Each class starts with theory and a demonstration, followed by an opportunity for you to put your skills into practice on one another.
You will receive a manual for you to take home giving you step by step guide to performing the treatment and all cetificates are issued on the day.
Location and times
All classes take place on Mondays from 10am to 5pm at the new Prana Academy on Regents Park Road in Finchley. You must book in advance.
