Be sure to give us 48 hours notice to cancel or rearrange your booked appointment, otherwise you will be charged a mandatory £20 cancellation fee.

healinghands course clients and Groupon clients will lose their treatment for a no show or less than 48 hours notice of cancellation.

healinghands late arrival policy:

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your treatment time will be cut short accordingly.
